Can we switch drivers during the tour?
Of course! There are planned stops along the way where you can easily switch drivers.
What should I bring and wear?
We recommend clothes suitable for the season, always comfortable and that can get dirty. We provide goggles and bandanas free of charge!
Can we do a private tour?
Yes, private tours are possible depending on availability. To ensure exclusivity, all two buggies must be booked.
Do you offer transfer? / Where is BuggIN Madeira located?
We do not offer transfer; customers must go to Impasse da Pontinha n9, Machico, 9200-117.
Is there a briefing before starting the trail?
Absolutely! Every tour begins with a 15-minute briefing in our dedicated room, where our instructors prepare you for the adventure ahead.
Can I bring my own camera/GoPro to record the tour?
Bring your GoPro and capture the adventure your way! We’ll also take photos and videos for you to remember the experience.
Does the tour run if it rains?
Yes! Tours run in the rain and it often makes the experience even more exciting. If conditions become unsafe, we may pause or reschedule.

Funduras
Dive into the wild side of Madeira with a journey through landscapes that overlook the legendary Laurissilva Forest, a UNESCO World Heritage treasure.
Tour
This 2-hour 30-minute adventure takes you along the iconic Trilho das Funduras in Fajã dos Rolos. The trail is easy to follow but packed with excitement, leading us to Casa das Funduras, a local hub supporting the island's forestry. From there, we head up to Pico do Furado, where sweeping views of Madeira's dramatic north coast will leave you speechless.
Along the way, capture jaw-dropping photos of Madeira's vibrant greenery and unique landmarks. Expect a healthy dose of mud, dust, and pure adrenaline—this is an adventure that will stick with you long after the ride ends.
